We offer a wide portfolio of event spaces including traditional style training and meeting spaces and lecture theatres to creative spaces. Our creative spaces provide an informal and relaxed atmosphere to inspire new ways of thinking and keep everyone focussed. We also have an exclusive hire venue – The Slate, which is a flexible, fully open flat space that can be personalised in any way. For larger events, there is Central Campus Venues at the University of Warwick. A uniquely flexible offer with the perfect blend of cutting-edge venues and diverse meeting, event and exhibition spaces for up to 1,200 delegates, plus great accommodation and hospitality that caters for every taste and every need. All located on the University of Warwick campus.

Sarah Dietrich - Business Development Manager

Sarah Dietrich has over 20 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, communications and client management and she’s proud to add that 18 of these have been spent at Warwick Conferences. Her expertise lie in building relationships, nurturing, and delivering exceptional experiences and successful events for her accounts and clients. One of Sartah’s career highlights was working alongside Commonwealth Games and securing the partnership with Warwick Conferences for the 2022 games. Successfully bringing this huge opportunity to the University of Warwick and work closely with the University to deliver an unforgettable games. Sarah is proud to be part of Warwick Conferences as a Business Development Manager working alongside a fabulous team of people.

Justine Meeks - Business Development Manager

A successful career in the hospitality industry with over 30 years’ experience in meetings and events. Justine is passionate about events, working with third-party partners to form great relationships and create business opportunities. Justine is part of the Meetings Industry Taskforce, a group of experienced professionals from the business meetings and events sector, to support with delivery of the associations strategy. Chair to the taskforce, she helps to drive initiatives alongside the Business Development Manager and the CEO to shape the future direction of the industry. Justine is passionate about sustainability, an integral part of the Warwick team driving forward the objectives and targets to reduce our carbon emissions. She is also part of the sustainability action group for beam, supporting member businesses in developing and driving strategy. Justine loves being part of the Business Development team at Warwick Conferences, working together to shape our future products and services.
