The M&IT Experience is the supercharged version of the much-loved Agency Challenge, which successfully ran for a decade. With a new name, we also welcome a new venue, networking opportunities and educational elements. As part of these changes, we are also now inviting corporate buyers.
The M&IT Experience will maintain the ‘challenge’ element of the event that has been so popular over the past ten years, plus presentations and networking opportunities for buyers to meet suppliers. The event has been streamlined to maximise time out of the office and drive engagement and success and most importantly we will be putting you in front of 30 agency and corporate buyers. Utilising the unique facilities at Silverstone, we will be running activities that ensure collaboration, networking and engagement between buyers and suppliers.

The Venue
Silverstone Motor Circuit
This year, the M&IT Experience will be taking place at the home of the British Grand Prix: Silverstone and this incredible venue has so much more to offer than just its tarmac.
With an onsite museum and brand new luxury apartments (which all attendees will get to enjoy), there’s something new to see at every corner. As part of your experience, you’ll take part in motorsport-themed networking activities and experience Silverstone’s hospitality and meeting spaces.

Car: 90 mins from Central London on the M40 motorway
Train: 10 miles from Wolverton Station and 2 hrs from central London

Escapade
In 2024 Silverstone are launching Escapade, 60 brand new and exciting luxury residences and a clubhouse sat right on the edge of the circuit. Guests will be accommodated in private and secure rooms with ensuite bathrooms across these luxury villas with transport provided during the day for all travel needs.
What To Expect
You will experience Silverstone’s state-of-the-art meeting and conference spaces, alongside a combination of supplier presentations, networking events and in-depth educational presentations conducted by industry thought leaders. In addition, we will be driving ever-better and more organic engagement between buyers and suppliers, through new activities.
Meeting Space
Educational Sessions:
Throughout the education programme, you’ll hear from thought leaders within our sector. These sessions are set to be held in the main theatre, which is also known as the drivers' briefing room.
Supplier Presentations & 1:1 meetings:
Silverstone offers extensive meeting spaces, which we will be utilising during your one-to-one meetings and supplier presentations. There is first-class technology integrated into each room.
Activities & Team Building
Utilising the unique opportunities presented to us by Silverstone, this year’s team activities are set to provide some exciting experiences that will allow you to connect with buyers.
From a pit-stop challenge which will see you racing against the clock, to an experience based on the hit television show The Traitors, you will be encouraged to work as team to win points and ultimately be crowned the winners at the gala dinner on the Thursday evening.
Evening Events
We are delighted to be using two exciting venues for your evening events:
Wednesday - Welcome Reception & Dinner
Your evening welcome reception and dinner will be held in the Silverstone Museum, which offers an incredible insight into the history of Silverstone and motorsport, with plenty of interactive opportunities.
Thursday - Gala Dinner
We will be hosting our Gala Dinner on the mezzanine floor, of the Silverstone Wing, with wonderful views of the circuit. This is a great area to continue making connections with buyers, whilst you eat, chat and then party the night away.
