Who are we?

Imperial Venues offers over 100 modern, flexible event spaces for up to 758 guests, across Central London and our brand-new residential complex in West London. Our range of venues include conference, exhibition and flexible teaching spaces to classrooms, lecture theatres and a grade II listed townhouse. 

We tailor our event packages to suit your specific needs and provide a complete service including full event management, in-house catering, and accommodation with over 2,000 single, twin and double rooms available with bed and breakfast options. What’s more, our venues are close, and have excellent transport links, to the capital’s most celebrated attractions including the museums and galleries of Exhibition Road (Natural History, Science and Victoria & Albert Museums), Hyde Park, Portobello Road and Westfield Shopping Centre.

Elzbieta Pach - Business Development Executive

I am a Business Development Executive at Imperial College London (Imperial Venues and Summer Accommodation). With over 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have worked with renowned organizations like Accor and Hilton Group, gaining expertise across accommodation, MICE, and revenue management. My primary focus is assisting clients in finding their ideal venue space from a selection of over 100 event space options.

With a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, I leverage my industry knowledge and extensive background to ensure the perfect match between client requirements and our versatile spaces. As part of the Imperial Venues team, I contribute to the growth and success of our venue services. Through strategic business development and a customer-centric approach, I aim to foster strong partnerships and provide surpass expectations.
