At Center Parcs Conference & Events, you’ll find everything you need to create memorable experiences all in one place, surrounded by acres of natural woodland at our Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire and Woburn Forest, Bedfordshire villages.    Spending time in nature can boost productivity and encourage creative thinking. Immerse yourself in our forest setting and you’ll leave feeling reconnected and recharged.    You’ll find our dedicated conference and events space, The Venue, located at each village.     The Venue is home to variety of event spaces which can be used individually, combined or as one large area. We can cater for conferences, meetings and breakout sessions for as little as 10 and up to 600 people.    Just one hour from London, Woburn Forest is the ultimate getaway from the hustle and bustle. Woburn is home to our most recently refurbished conference space, completed in September 2023.     Set in the heart of the forest amongst 365 acres of natural woodland, delegates can enjoy magical views over the treetops from floor-to-ceiling windows in The Venue, alongside state-of-the-art AV.    Set deep in the historic Nottinghamshire countryside, Sherwood Forest is a magnificent pine forest nestled in 400 acres of woodland. Center Parcs Sherwood Forest located closely to the A1 and M1 and just 90 minutes from London by train.     The Venue is home to first-class event facilities, which are undergoing a multimillion-pound refurbishment due to reopen in January 2024. The venue hosts versatile event spaces for up to 550, state-of-the-art integrated AV and surrounded by leafy walkways and views overlooking the lake.    When you’re not in The Venue, discover miles of woodland paths, enjoy a post-meeting walk along the lakeside or simply take some time to unwind in our range of onsite luxury lodge accommodation.    We’re renowned for our huge range of indoor and outdoor team building activities – and with up to 200 to choose from, there’s something for everyone. Our team building experiences range from adrenaline-fuelled treetop adventures and water sports on the lake to calm and creative activities and relaxing spa sessions in Aqua Sana Spa.    All our team building activities are designed to bring out the very best in you and your team, helping to develop teamwork skills, build trust and improve communication skills. Whatever you choose, our expert team is on hand to deliver memorable experiences that give a sense of achievement lasting long after the event has finished.    Center Parcs has always been committed to protecting the natural environment, and over a decade ago we set out on a journey to transform all of our villages into more sustainable places. We believe that it’s our responsibility to protect our natural environment so that it can continue to be enjoyed by generations to come.  In 2020, we switched our grid electricity to 100% renewable energy, which comes from renewable sources such as solar power. This was a huge step for us and saves more than 13,000 tonnes of carbon each year.    Through our recent refurbishments, we have made The Venue even more sustainable and have been certified Eco Smart Gold.     We used recycled materials in the refurbishment of The Venue at Woburn Forest and Sherwood Forest. The newly refurbished conference and events space also has motion-sensor lights in the toilets and corridors, low-flow taps and toilets, and closely regulated heating and air-conditioning to avoid energy wastage.     Our complimentary delegate parking also includes a large number of EV charging stations, and we encourage delegates to travel to Center Parcs in electric vehicles if they are able to do so, and share vehicles wherever possible.    Discover a truly unique alternative for conferences, bespoke corporate events and team building.
