  • To apply for the M&IT Experience, please fill out the registration form on our website. We seek a diverse mix of suppliers and event planners to ensure a varied group of attendees. After submission, our team will review your application to ensure you meet the criteria.

    Registration does not guarantee a place, as all applications are vetted to maintain this diversity. Successful applicants, who demonstrate an interest in networking and professional growth, will receive an invitation to attend. You will be notified by email if you have been accepted, along with further event details

  • Representatives from event agencies, corporations, venues, destinations, and event suppliers are invited to apply. 

  • If you are an event planner, joining the M&IT Experience is completely free of charge. You will be hosted throughout your stay, covering accommodation and meals. Rates for suppliers vary depending on the package selected. You can find pricings for suppliers here.

  • Silverstone is easily accessible by road, rail, bus, bike, plane, or helicopter. Detailed travel information is available on our website.

  • The event takes place over one and a half days and includes accommodation for three nights.

  • The M&IT Experience includes workshops, networking sessions, meals, and exclusive activities. Participants will stay at the luxurious Escapade development at Silverstone. The detailed schedule features registration, welcome sessions, sponsor presentations, challenges, and social events like the Gala Dinner and after-party.
